Privacy policy
Pocket collects no data. This page explains precisely what that means.

None
data collected by NETMESAFE
No
account, no server
1
network request, triggered by you
01Data collected by NETMESAFE: none
The app creates no account, sends nothing to a NETMESAFE server, and embeds no analytics, no advertising and no third-party measurement SDK.
We therefore hold no file about you: no identifier, no address book, no recording, no usage statistics.
02What the app produces, and where it stays
Everything Pocket produces — cards, encounters, audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes and tags — stays inside the app container, on your device.
That data is protected by the iOS system encryption, and disappears with the app the day you delete it. You can export everything, or erase everything, at any time from the app settings.
- No backup is made on our servers, because there are none.
- No synchronisation happens between your devices.
- Deleting the app erases its data.
03The single network request
The app contains one and only one network call, and it never fires on its own.
When you tap “Check the website”, the app reads the public homepage of your employer’s site in order to suggest its name, logo and colours for your card.
The request goes to that site, which sees its IP address as it would for any visit. No personal data is sent to it, and the request never passes through NETMESAFE.
04Processing carried out by Apple, on the device
Speech recognition and summary generation use Apple’s own engines built into the system (iOS speech recognition and Apple Intelligence).
That processing happens on the device and belongs to Apple’s components: for those, please refer to Apple’s privacy policy.
Apple’s privacy policy05Purchases and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are sold through the App Store. NETMESAFE sees neither your payment method nor your identity as a buyer.
Apple only tells us the subscription status, with nothing that identifies you. Management and cancellation happen in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
06Your rights (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over the personal data a controller holds about you.
With no collection taking place, NETMESAFE holds no data about you: there is nothing to access, rectify or erase on our side. You exercise those rights directly on your device, where the app lets you export everything and erase everything.
You are still welcome to write to us with any question about those rights, and you keep the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
07Minors
The app is rated 4+ on the App Store. It contains no inappropriate content, no advertising, and collects no data — including from minors.
08Right of withdrawal
Subscriptions are sold by Apple, acting as reseller. The right of withdrawal available to European Union consumers is therefore exercised with Apple, under the Apple Media Services terms, from the App Store “Report a Problem” page or from your purchase history.
NETMESAFE does not collect the payment directly and cannot issue a refund in Apple’s place.
09Changes to this policy
Any change to the app that would alter the above will be reflected here, with a new update date.
